Unified project context

San José project intelligence

Major private developments and city capital-improvement projects can help a trade or supplier understand what is forming around a territory. These are context records, not guaranteed leads, permit approvals, or owner-contact enrichment.

Join confidence

A project record is not automatically a permit record.

PermitWire preserves each source's own identity and reports join confidence. A shared APN or source-supplied planning reference is context until a lifecycle backtest validates the relationship; no project card creates a building-permit alert by itself.

Guadalupe River Park Visitor Center Structural Repairs

The Guadalupe River Park Visitor Center building is a single-story reinforced masonry structure built in the late 1960s to early 1970s. It consists of a concrete roof slab and beams supported by reinforced masonry walls. The facility is managed by PRNS and is leased to the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy. The northeastern corner of the building has experienced significant settlement, resulting in cracking of the masonry wall and settlement of the floor. In 2021, temporary shoring (additional wood beams and post) was installed to support the roof framing near the affected area. In 2023, a geotechnical investigation and visual structural assessment were completed, and permanent repair recommendations were provided. The investigation identified poor drainage conditio...
