PermitWire provides a source-linked monitoring and workflow service for public permit information. Use the service as decision support, not as a promise of work, approval, or contractor status.
Source limits
Public records can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, removed, or described in shorthand. Coverage depends on the disclosed feed cadence, fields, historical availability, and reuse rights. Classifications, match reasons, and project joins are interpretations that remain subordinate to the source record.
Account and subscription use
- Keep account credentials and watchlist rules under your control.
- Do not represent PermitWire, the City, or a source agency as guaranteeing a lead or project.
- Paid features include automation and workflow; they do not change public-source completeness.
- Billing, trials, cancellations, and payment recovery are shown in the account billing surface.
